Could someone please slow the spinning down?

Could someone please slow the Earth's spin down. I feel like I am spinning so fast. I can't believe it is already almost July. I have been SO far behind on blogging. Usually blogging is the last thing I neglect, so you can imagine how busy I have been. (There are MANY pictures to post, but I just don't feel like deciding right now, so I will add pictures hopefully through the week. There are a few, because really, it wouldn't be a true post without pictures!)

So a little recap on the month of May and June. I figured it up. I was home a grand total of 5 nights from May 14th until June 15th. We went on our Midwest/Disney/Beach trips through Memorial day. Then I was home for 5 whole days. Then it was back to the Midwest for a couple of weddings. The day I got back, I headed right to my SIL's house to watch her 3 kids (+plus my 2) for 4 or 5 days. Finally I had one week of nothings.. NO commitments. It was heaven. We also had 2 Father's day. We made things for Renee's husband and then we had one on the 21st. for Randy.

All five kiddos having dessert (Renee taught me this, put them outside, no mess in your house) Notice they are still in PJs? Actually they went right from PJs to swim suits back to PJs. You have to love a house with a pool huh?

On Sunday, June 22, my sweet Cait turned 3. (I seriously can't believe my youngest is 3) An added plus to the day, my mom (Nana), my sister (Auntie Foph) and sweet baby Paige flew in for a visit. I went to pick them up early on Sunday and then Renee and the kids, plus 2 extra kids, Sheila (grandma) and John, Katie and Becca came over to celebrate Cait's day. It was a good day.
This is her princess carriage cake I made for her. I think it turned out pretty cute. There were a total of 3 pieces left when it was done. I guess was good

On Monday, Madison started the summer session for gymnastics. It is two days a week through the summer. She is officially on (pre) team now. After the first night she came home and was able to show me a backward roll. For those of you not familiar with that, it is an easy trick, but very difficult to learn. I was very proud of her.

Sweet baby Paige after a bath.

On Tuesday, we just hung out at the house with my family. Randy was on a trip. My mom weeded the flower beds and I had to wrestle the shovel out of her hand so she wouldn't take out some dead rose bushes(she didn't come here to do manual labor, of course she swears to me she loves to weed, so yay me!) The day flew by.

On a walk because the weather was so awesome the majority of the time they were here.
On Wednesday, the girls had a nap and then we decided to drive to take a drive. We left at about 2:30 and got home around 10:30. I didn't mean to stay out that late, but it was good. We saw Amish country and farms, we ate at the Cracker Barrel, and did some outlet shopping. It was a great day out.

On Thursday, Mom, Steph and Paige had to go home. We were all sad. Steph will be out again next week with Jon, so we have something to look forward to. Madison had gymnastics again, but Randy was home to stay with her.

These are some of my new favorite pictures of the girls.

She looks so grown up.

This is the same reaction my girls had to sitting the grass. But I still love this picture.

I have a lot more to catch up on, but that should do for now. Over the month of July, I will have family out for over half of it. Like Katie said, feast or famine:current status Feast (and I am loving every minute!)

The crying in the grass picture is hysterical! The second Paige in a towel photo looks LIKE CAIT!!!! I had just declared that I no longer saw the resemblance...but I do!

The cake was amazing. It looked completely professional!

I wish the summer would slow down just a touch myself. Things are whipping by way too fast!
