Did you think I didn't really survive the weekend? Or maybe you just don't care? Well, I am in kind of a blogging funk. Actually, I think it is more of a purge mode. We have been here in our home for about 2 1/2 years. In my head, that is VML listing time. (I can't remember what it actually stands for, but it is the moving list for the military) I have never lived anywhere longer than 3 years (since marriage life started) and we always found out at about the 2 1/2 years mark. I run through my entire house and get rid of EVERYTHING I don't really need. I have been through most of the kitchen drawers(and while I was in there, I washed all the drawers for good measure.) Next is the basement. I love purges. I try and to send them to a good home. My neighbor has seemed to enjoy them. (Ready for more Colleen?) I also get the home improvement bug. I sure hope I don't get crazy tomorrow. Randy is coming home on Saturday. I think he cringes every time he leaves for longer than a 4 day trip. I get the itch to paint or do some project that he usually has to finish. I give it a good go, but some of the big power tools I am a little shaky with. (My kids go to bed early and I have a lot of time to think up all these neat projects) That has been my week. Tomorrow I am making Father's Day gifts with the girls for Randy. Fathers' Day at our house is this Saturday. The girls are way excited.
I am in that find, sort, purge mode. Do you need any rooms done in your house because I could probably knock them out too!!

I'm in the same mood! We were supposed to go out of town this weekend, but I've opted to stay home and paint! Have fun with your projects!
I need EVERY room in my house purged. Come on over!!
I have a room! or Two! Come down to Tx and bring the girls. I am also in home improvement mode. I am posting my new porch light on the blog as we speak!
