more discussion topics (less whining)

Does coffee give you endorphins?

Example: I gave in and had one of my favorite mugs of coffee in my favorite coffee mug this morning. Now, I am seeing the world through rose colored glasses and I am ready to conquer the world. (actually just this city, you see, I sent Cait off with Randy today and I am dropping Madison off at gymnastics camp so I will have THREE hours of NO car seat strapping and not talking to anyone! That may not sound like a lot to you, but believe me, I haven't had that in a LONG time) Isn't exercise suppose to help release endorphins? I NEVER get this kind of high after the sweaty gym!

I must go. I have to map out the best route to all the stores I want to go to, how long I can be in each one and what I am looking for (I know, OCD, right?)

(notice the lack of photos in the last few posts? That is what I was talking about with go big or nothing. I haven't picked up my camera in almost a week)

I'm guessing your high was from the thought of 3 unfettered hours, not necessarily from the coffee....but that probably didn't hurt either.

I get a MASSIVE high when I drive out of the driveway all alone in a car. I know the feeling!!

ahhh....my beloved friend coffee.

know what's funny? Now that my kiddos are old enough to stay at home with big bro in charge...I sometimes BEG them to go with me.(They still say, "no thanks, we'll stay here.")It actually gets lonely running errands solo after a while.

You and Katie are going to throw things at me now, aren't you?
