*Side note: I went to the trainer today, she just did measurements and talked about what I wanted to get out of the sessions. I talked about slimming down the lower half, gaining over all strength without bulking up, and general cardio routine. My BMI and body fat measurements are in the normal range (way more than college, but hey, two kids later and still in the normal/acceptable range.. YAY for me!!)
She will concoct a plan for me and I go back on Wednesday. She is going to spend most of the time working with me on the strength training, but still guide me with the cardio program. Watch out ladies, I am going to be one buff chick by swimsuit season next summer (I'm sorry, I must have slipped into a quick dream for a second!)

Glad to hear the session went well.
I am going to be 99.7. Hopefully I will not be a pooping myself 99 year old, if so I want to die earlier ;0) I am virtually 4.3 years old - too bad I can't get everything I want by throwing a tantrum anymore!!

I was nervous after entering my race and it had my VA as 28...since I'm 27. Geez.
This is what my results showed:
My age: 27
VA: -0.4 (what the???)
Expectancy: 101.4 (I don't wanna live that long)
At first I thought something messed-up, but I did it again and got the same results. I really don't wanna live until 101 and I don't feel like a fetus. I don't even know how that feels. Weird. hehehe :0)

After reading everyone's results I decided to try, too: My real age is 34, my virtual age was 10.8 and my expectancy was 97.2. A few questions I wished were worded differently... but oh well. Like Andrea, I hope I'm a healthy active 97!
