The new me only better! Well, after tomorrow

So when we joined the gym, Randy bought me 4 sessions with a personal trainer. They start tomorrow. SO, are you ready to reap the rewards? Oh yes, I will be spilling all the information right here. I am hoping and (worrying at the same time) that she is going to be like Jillian from Biggest Loser. That would be awesome to have someone whip me into shape. Of course, I would probably have to hurt her, but still. I have the first assessment on Monday. I am sure she is going to go over the nutrition, weight goals, work out info for the problem areas, and maybe a body fat test, BMI etc. And believe me if I am spending that kind of money for that information (minus the BMI and BODY FAT tests, because really unless I looked like Jillian why would I divulge that information? And if I looked like her, I wouldn't need a trainer right?) then you are going to share in my new found wealth! Believe me, I have the same problems that MOST of you see as you look in a mirror.
