A little sympathy please!

Have you ever had one of those days where you would just like to crawl into a corner somewhere and hide? OH YES, that describes me. I have now had two doses of Thyrogen (I will explain the procedure more in detail on a better day.) AND I FEEL LIKE SHIT (sorry for the profanity, nothing else describes it) I did this last year, but it was for six weeks, not 2 days. I know I felt this crappy, but I think it was so gradual over those 6 weeks that I adjusted. Different story over the course of 36 hours.
Here are a few things to let you know momma isn't faking.

1)I had Randy call off work. (that is the biggest one, I guess I should have saved that one, but I don't seem to be thinking clearly.)
2) Completely lost my I can do anything attitude.
3)I called off of work for tomorrow.
4)I HAVE LOST MY TASTE FOR CHOCOLATE (although I did purchase some at the store in hopes it returns)
5)Totally lost my appetite.
6)HAD NO COFFEE TODAY
7)Didn't have a single thing until about 3:30.
8)Going to bed at 10:30.
9)I am walking like an 80 year old. Everything is sore on me.
10)I didn't sleep well last night (unheard of for me)
11)I am sure there is a ton more, but I can't think of them right now.

Oh yeah, this is your cue to bring on the sympathy, go ahead, comment away. Goodness, I am not that sick, I will still check the computer. I have to get my daily dose of blogging!

Wow. You must be near death if you had Randy call off work. Was the no coffee on purpose? Or do you just feel too bad for coffee - which in itself is also horrible. I hope you feel better soon!!

I wish I could be there to help you out! You know it must be bad when there is no appetite for coffee or chocolate! I know I am far away, but let me know if there is anything I can do for you! I hope you are feeling better today. Call me if you feel like it!

It really does seem as though you are too young to be going through this. I can't even imagine you asking for help, that is when the world knows you are not feeling well. I hope you get better soon, only a few more days right?

My goodness...I hope you feel better soon. I remember your blog that described your love for coffee...for goodness sake, you devoted a whole blog to it.
I'll be thinking about ya.

Oh Tracy! It sounds miserable. I hope all the testing & ickiness is over soon. I hope the chocolate tastes THAT MUCH BETTER once you get your appetite for it back.

Hang in there!

Oh MAN. You must REALLY be near death if you don't like chocolate. I'm glad I forgot to make the brownies I was going to bring over! :)

I hope you feel better quickly!

Katie, after the dinner I just had (THANK YOU for braving the snow and cold to bring it too us) I could easily be on the mend! Randy wants to know if you are coming over to do the dishes??!

Oooh, I don't know much about what you're dealing with, but from the sounds of it (no coffee, no chocolate, no appetite) something is surely out of whack! Hoping this is only temporary and that you're feeling better very soon. Your blog friends like to hear from you every bit as much as you do us!

what is it with the holidays? are we just sick, busy, and tired or tires ,busy, and sick. Sorry Tracy hang in there. Havent been home I have been caring for a family whose dad fell all the way down the steps and landed himself in Bayview(Johns Hopkins). With a head injury and on a breathing tube. So things could be worse. Count your blessings and what a wonderful husband! Good job Randy. col
