My back is SLOWLY getting better. I am able to do things again, as long as it is slow. Don't tell Randy, but I guess the gym was a trend, because I am missing it already. So, I either need to learn to walk and read, or ride the spin style bike. I feel like I slouch on them but I guess it is more embarrassing to fall off the treadmill while reading so, the spin style bike it is! (Just not for a few more days)
And guess what? Stephanie is STILL pregnant. Oh yes! She is the better part of a week overdue. She isn't scheduled to be induced for another week. I love you Steph, but better you than me!!
Thank you, thank you thank you Jonathan.

I usually stuck to magazine reading because it was easier than reading a book on the treadmill or elliptical. It made me look forward to exercising to have a few minutes of peace to read! Hope the other bike works for you - it sucks to have a nagging pain!
Love the banner! That is awesome!
I'm glad your back is getting better!
Um, how about taking a minute to brag about your new banner?
Totally gorgeous! I've never seen this before and I'm wondering if you are a techie guru with no hope for me to even attempt such a pretty, or if you would be willing to offer some guidance of how to begin to piece together a banner of such greatness?
Please assist the less fortunate, O Great Blog Queen.
Well, once upon a time I went to school to be a graphic artist, but truth be told, I worked for two hours and couldn't even get one picture in place. I had to call my fabulous brother in law (the soon to be new dad) to even get me started. I used a collection of Photoshop, HP Photoshop premier. and my endless collection of pictures. I am very excited about it. I saw all kinds of banners and didn't want to copy them, but wanted something unique to me.. BINGO!
Tracy,
Thanks for the compliments...I was glad to help. The banner looks great, not so much because of the help I provided, but more so b/c of the cute faces in it,
Jonathan
