murphy's law

~Why is it when I have to get up and get ready early, my kids sleep in, but when there is nothing going on they wake up early?

~Why does it rain within 24 hours of washing the cars?

~Why do the kids have a hard time falling asleep on the night that I have big plans around the house (telling myself as soon as they are asleep i am going to finish this project or watch that movie.. then they don't fall asleep)

~ Why do the girls wait until 5 minutes before arriving home to fall asleep (this works for an airplane and a vehicle)

~Why does it rain on the days that I force myself to take the girls up to our gym pool?

~Why am I out of coffee on the day I need it most?(and/or why didn't the store carry the kind I like?)

Why is Murphy's law so strong and who is he anyway?
