The only Madison

I was so afraid that Madison would have 4 or 5 kids in her class with the same name. She is the only one in not only her class but the other on as well. In the school she is attending, there are two classes for every grade. The same kids will most likely go all the way through middle school together (save a few transfer out/ins). That makes me super happy. There were two in her preschool class and she was constantly known as Madison (insert initial here). It will be nice for her to be the only one. The only duplicate name is Ava.

My Michael is the only Michael in his class. We have not Madison but a Grayson and a Gracie. I can't believe you are going to make those mermaid costumes. I made a duck costume when Mikey was an infant but not this year. Gymboree it is.

Were there any boy name repeats? Just curious!

I think the Madison craze may have been before your Madison's time...my oldest (7th grade) has 3 Maddies in his class...two are Madisons and one is a Madeline.

My Connor was one of three in his Kinder class in FL. Here, ther is only one other Connor in the entire school.

Yes, I would think that Katie is VERy interested in this topic about now!!!! Now, if hsed only dish on the naming prospects on her blog....just kidding, katie! I have several frineds who keep name choice a big secret. However, they are ones who knew the sex of baby!

I'm surprised htere are 2 Avas! Last year Julia had another Julia and a Julie in her class. This year no duplicates... but last year the class also used numbers for the kids so they bypassed the duplicate name problem. I thought that was tacky.
